In this webinar, participants will discuss the automation of all lab operations at the Genome Technology Access Center (GTAC@MGI) in the McDonnell Genome Institute at the Washington University School of Medicine. This work started with COVID-related workflow, which played a vital role in enabling rapid testing of many people. Speakers will also provide insights into the overall digital transformation of a molecular diagnostic lab, including the scope, timing, flexibility, agility of implementation, results, and key findings. The L7’s Enterprise Science Platform (L7|ESP) gives diagnostic companies (including companion diagnostics, IVD, LDT) total visibility over all their operations while digitalizing, integrating, and automating scientific, analytical, and operational workflows. L7|ESP increases sample throughput and quality assurance in results and provides reliable documentation for regulatory review (CAP/CLIA/GLP/cGMP).
